The 2024-2025 LSU basketball season is nearing its end, with the men's team not qualifying for the NCAA Tournament while the women's team started the NCAA Tournament as the No. 3 seed in a showdown with No. 14-ranked San Diego State, defeating them. Then, they routed Florida State 101-71 and will now face NC State on Friday, March 28. Tigers basketball fans can place bets on that action on Louisiana sportsbooks.

How to Bet on March Madness in Louisiana

Betting on March Madness in Louisiana is as simple as wagering on any other sport. You’ll be able to place bets on moneylines, spreads, totals, and game props for the NCAA Tournament. The key thing to know is that betting on in-state colleges is permitted, but individual player props are restricted. This means you can make bets on LSU basketball as a whole, but couldn’t wager on how many points Angel Reese will have.
